All members will fill a written request form and will also fill an undertaking. Prescribed membership fees will be deposited along with the form. Membership will be subject to the permission of the President, which will be issued after following the prescribed procedure. Boys/girls age between 6 to 18 years will be junior members of the organization who will participate in the meetings and will be present in the camps and classes organized to fulfil the assigned responsibilities. The member will always follow morality, ethics, honesty and discipline in every sphere of life, he will stay away from vices like alcohol, smoking, gambling etc. and will not behave rudely.
